I WAS BORN NEAR THE BLACK SEA, IN THE SUNNY CITY OF ODESSA (UKRAINE), FOUNDED IN 1794 BY ORDER OF CATHERINE THE GREAT, WHERE HISTORICALLY PEOPLE HAVE GATHERED TO LIVE TOGETHER, IN A “COMMON PEOPLE” AND, OFTEN, FOR A COMMON GOAL OF 136 NATIONS. THE SOCIAL FABRIC OF THE CITIZENS IS REPRESENTED, SUBSEQUENTLY, BY DIFFERENT CULTURES AND RELIGIOUS ORGANIZATIONS. ODESSA IS THE CITY WHERE THE MUSIC FOR THE SONG "O SOLE MIO" WAS WRITTEN (THE MUSIC WAS INSPIRED BY A SPLENDID SUNRISE OVER THE BLACK SEA) AND WHERE THE MONUMENT "DOMUS SOLIS" WAS CREATED. THE FIRST GOVERNOR OF ODESSA WAS AN ITALIAN NAMED JOSÉ DE RIBAS (A CITIZEN OF NAPLES (KINGDOM OF NAPLES) OF SPANISH ORIGIN), THE SECOND MAYOR OF THE CITY WAS THE FRENCHMAN DUC DE RICHELIEU, THEN TIMES CHANGED, AND THERE WERE RUSSIAN, UKRAINIAN, JEWISH, AND GEORGIAN GOVERNORS. SINCE TIME IMMEMORIAL, THE CITY HAS BEEN INHABITED BY GREEKS, GYPSIES, BULGARIANS, ENGLISH, ROMANIANS, ITALIANS, FRENCH... I RECEIVED MY FIRST EDUCATION AT THE ODESSA STATE UNIVERSITY OF ECOLOGY. SOCIAL ECOLOGY, BIOGEOCHEMISTRY, PHYSICS, ECOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENTAL LAW BECAME PART OF MY CONTINUOUS EDUCATION... AFTER GRADUATING IN ECOLOGY (WITH THE QUALIFICATION "ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL AT CUSTOMS") I ENROLLED TO DO DOCTORAL RESEARCH AT THE SAME UNIVERSITY, AND, IMMEDIATELY AFTER, I BEGAN WORKING AT THE STATE DIRECTORATE OF ECOLOGY AND NATURAL RESOURCES IN THE ODESSA REGION OF THE MINISTRY OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION OF UKRAINE, AND THEN, LATER, AT THE STATE ECOLOGICAL INSPECTION FOR THE PROTECTION OF THE ENVIRONMENT OF THE SOUTHWESTERN BLACK SEA REGION OF THE MINISTRY OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION OF UKRAINE. WORKING IN AN EXCELLENT AND CLOSE-KNIT TEAM OF SPECIALISTS, CONTROLLING, FINING, SUSPENDING FOR VIOLATIONS OF ENVIRONMENTAL LAW AND REOPENING THE WORK OF MARITIME TRANSPORT COMPANIES AND COASTAL FACILITIES... AT A CERTAIN POINT I STOPPED AND ASKED MYSELF THE QUESTION...: "WHY DO I WORK, USING A 'STICK', THAT IS, GREATER FORCE AND INTERFERE WITH THEIR WORK..?" THERE MUST BE SOMETHING DIFFERENT, SOMETHING MORE, SOMETHING THAT MAKES SENSE TO CREATE BUSINESSES OF THE THIRD MILLENNIUM, COMPANIES WITH A MISSION AND NOT WITH AN ANONYMOUS NAME: "THE POLLUTER PAYS" (IT IS A PRINCIPLE OF ENVIRONMENTAL LAW THAT IS STILL IN FORCE TODAY... AT THE COMMUNITY AND INTERNATIONAL LEVEL), BUT WITH THE SPIRIT: "WHO POLLUTES LESS PAYS LESS AND EARNS MORE..." , IN THE HIGHEST SENSE OF THE WORD, MOTIVATING MANAGERS AND COMPANY DIRECTORS... TOWARDS A HIGHER GOAL, TO WORK BETTER AND DEVELOP, TO LOVE AND RESPECT THEIR WORK MORE, TO UNITE FORCES AND EMPLOYEES FOR A COMMON GOAL, A HIGHER GOAL, I WOULD SAY "ECOLOGICAL" AND TO PROTECT NATURE CONSCIOUSLY, TO USE THE HISTORY OF THE HOMETOWN FOR A HIGHER PURPOSE, AND NOT ONLY TO SELL THEIR RESOURCES, BUT ALSO TO PRESERVE THEM FOR FUTURE GENERATIONS AND, FINALLY, TO CREATE AND PRESERVE THE WORLD IN WHICH WE ALL LIVE, BECAUSE WE ARE AN INTEGRAL PART OF THIS WORLD AND IN WHICH WE ARE ALL CONNECTED BY AN INVISIBLE THREAD... AND... FINALLY... THUS... TO REALLY EARN MORE. THE CHOICE WAS MADE. INSTEAD OF DISCUSSING A DOCTORAL THESIS ON THE TOPIC OF GLOBAL CLIMATE CHANGE, I ENROLLED AT THE NATIONAL UNIVERSITY "I.I. MECHNIKOV" TO STUDY PSYCHOLOGY... FINALLY DISCUSSING THE THESIS: "THE PSYCHOLOGY OF OPTIMISM AS A LIFESTYLE" AND I GRADUATED IN CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGY WITH THE SPECIALIZATION: "PSYCHOLOGIST. TEACHER OF PSYCHOLOGY." THE HISTORY OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF PSYCHOLOGICAL SCIENCE AT THE NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF ODESSA "I.I. MECHNIKOV" BEGINS IN 1896, WHEN N.N. LONGHE (AFTER GRADUATING FROM THE UNIVERSITY OF ST. PETERSBURG (1882) WORKED IN THE LABORATORY OF W. WUNDT IN LEIPZIG) OPENED THE FIRST LABORATORY OF EXPERIMENTAL PSYCHOLOGY THERE, SEPARATING IT FROM THE DEPARTMENTS OF PSYCHIATRY, PHYSIOLOGY, AND PHILOSOPHY.

ROERICH" HOUSE-MUSEUM IN ODESSA (NIKOLAY ROERICH (1874 - 1947), ARTIST, PHILOSOPHER, JURIST, CREATOR OF THE ROERICH PACT (WASHINGTON PACT), THE FIRST INTERNATIONAL LEGAL DOCUMENT THAT LEGALLY PROTECTED CULTURAL VALUES ON A GLOBAL SCALE, BOTH IN TIMES OF WAR AND IN TIMES OF PEACE AND WHICH BECAME THE BASIS FOR MANY UNESCO INTERNATIONAL CONVENTIONS FOR THE PROTECTION OF WORLD CULTURAL HERITAGE (TANGIBLE AND INTANGIBLE)). IN 2008 I WAS ABOUT TO MARRY A FOREIGNER... ITALIAN. I BECAME THE MOTHER OF TWO FOREIGN CHILDREN... SINCE 2008 I HAVE LIVED IN SUNNY ITALY, WHERE CULTURE, ART, SPIRITUALITY AND WORK

ALMOST ALWAYS...MAKE A WHOLE, AND ALL THIS IS ELABORATED AND TRANSMITTED IN WORK AND ORGANIZATIONS, IN EQUAL PARTS. AS ON THAT COAT OF ARMS OF ONE OF THE INFLUENTIAL FAMILIES OF MILAN ONCE... WITH THE INSCRIPTION "HIGHER SCHOOL OF APPLIED ART TO INDUSTRY".

Perhaps, to properly bring a worthy end to “ecowork” in its rightful form, I also completed the state academic program at the University of Urbino in environmental law, submitting my scientific works in the environmental field for selection, and, in the end, receiving the title: Second Level Master’s in “Law and Management of the Environment and Territory.” As for environmental law, I also attended other Master’s programs at private institutions in Italy, outlining everything in an article (https://www.tuttoambiente.it/commenti-premium/), which I present here on the site along with the others. I now work with my husband in our family business (Aprutium petfood sb srl, Iperpet srl) and use Psychology tools both in my work in the company and in a private practice (I devote part of my time to Psychology in person and online, helping and supporting other people, parents, and businesses to become better, happier, to grow and develop, for their own benefit and that of others). I sincerely believe in the enormous potential of every person, every child, every family, every single parent and, of course, and above all, of a team (and a work group) and in the soul of the company!

I graduated in work and organizational psychology at Università Mercatorum (UniMercatorum Rome of the Chambers of Commerce) and I am also qualified there to practice as a psychologist in Italy. I trained (advanced training course) and I am still training at La Scuola Atanor (Aquila) which is the first school of Jungian Hillmanian psychotherapy in Central Italy. The four-year specialization school in psychotherapy aims to provide students with professional training suitable for carrying out psychotherapeutic activity, according to the cultural, theoretical, and methodological approach of Carl Gustav Jung’s analytical psychology and James Hillman’s archetypal psychology: "A school where you learn to allow the psyche to look at itself, in its many facets and without judgment, helping it to peer directly into the archetypal essences that compose it, through an imaginal mode, that is, through a metaphorical discourse." A place of transformation (Atanor is precisely the oven in which the ancient alchemists once cooked their substances to transform them) immersed in nature, where the psyche is honored in all its facets, from the most strictly personal, to the more impersonal, expanded, collective. As a hobby, out of curiosity and passion, I also trained in Russia, at the Mediterranean School of Family Psychology and Psychological Counseling, studying and training in psychoanalysis, couples counseling, work on marital and romantic relationships, couple development and conflict resolution; systemic family counseling.
I graduated in coaching at the "Incoaching srl" school (which skillfully combines the discoveries of cutting-edge science, quantum physics, Christian spirituality, and knowledge of human resource development through C.A.R.E in evolutionary coaching), also completing individual courses there in “Parent coaching”, "Teen coaching," “Coaching in Business”.
I studied Roberto Assagioli’s Psychosynthesis, management and marketing independently and through online training.
I am always studying, everywhere, starting from colleagues, clients, professors and teachers in Ukraine, Italy, and Russia, in public and private institutions and, of course, from my children and my husband.
